I finally got the ECOPR today here is my timeline below:

Applied: May 06, 2021 (12:45PM EST) IG
Application Linked: Oct 21, 2021
GU - Feb 09, 2022
ADR: Feb 10, 2022 (PCC and IELTS), uploaded the same day
ADR confirmation Received: Feb 11, 2022 (we got your documents and processing)
Biometrics request: Feb 10, 2022
Medical Passed: Feb 11, 2022
Biometrics submitted: Feb 15, 2022
GU - Came Feb 15 mid day
Portal request: Feb 15, 2022 evening
Portal confirmation: Feb 16, 2022 (uploaded picture and confirmed address same day)
COPR: Feb 17, 2022
ECOPR: Feb 17, 2022
PR Card: waiting

It was a long wait guys, I applied as soon as I could on 6th may 2021 and didn't receive any replies/updates or emails from IRCC till Feb 10 this year and as soon as I got the first update, everything was done in one week. I hope everyone gets their PR too. All the best

1st - GU which was on Feb 09, 2022 - said "Application updated" under current status on IRCC portal - after which I received the ADR messages
2nd - GU which was on Feb 15, 2022 - said "Application updated" under current status on IRCC portal - after which I received the email that I have to confirm my email address and other stuff for Portal credentials.

Is your application number in gc.ca system now is the same as TFN?

I was able to link on Feb 14th (applied IG English 8:45pm est), with UCI and family name, have never requested TFN.
The app number is E00252**** No AOR, no BIL, no Medical updates, no messages at all. I thought if linked, my ap has been assigned to an agent, but it seems it's in the temporal queue as well =((

However, eligibility and background statuses are - We are reviewing/processing your... - which seems a sign something is being processed right now
