Guys this is killing me....
I am outland spouse who got ppr on 12th jan and got passport stamping and copr on 8th feb.
My wife who is in Canada got portal email on 14th jan, and credentials on 17th jan, she uploaded all documents on same day.
Now its close to 20 days she have not received copr. Has this happened with anyone, where outland dependent getting pr first and inland PA has to wait endlessly?
What can be done to make it work fast.

Hello Buddy, I am in a similar situation as you. I am in Canada and have received and have Received email asking for information for the Portal but my dependents are outland.

ppr for outland and ecopr for inland got issued on 13 jan 2022. ecopr was uploaded on 13 jan but unfortunately ircc forgot to upload ppr for outland...after waiting for 2 weeks we called ircc and then we came to know ppr was also issued on the same day of ecopr (13 jan) but not uploaded .so we request cic to pls upload ppr and they did it on same day(28 jan 2022)..............dont know bro how ircc works nowaday..everything got messed up ...just keep calling them nd get updates.

I have dropped an email today following up on the passport request for my dependents. My spouse has her work permit visa but the TRV which I filed for my twins on 14-Dec is still not approved yet which is causing a lot of confusion for me. I want to bring my family as soon as possible to Canada and all this is unnecessary delay.
I can understand how you all are feeling. Separation from family is the hardest. Before covid they used to issue PPR to all applicants in one application and I think it was the best way.
this portal way is messed up. Some are waiting for COPR, some are waiting for PR cards and some are waiting for outland dependents' PPR.
It was much easy way to get the PR through one PPR for all applicants in the one application.
I am still in the process, below are my timelines -
