Guys, some of you may not have enough time to apply for passport for your urgent travel plan as your Citizenship certificate came late. There is another option for you: apply for a special authorization. However it is only applied to dual citizen who has a passport from a visa-exempt country

Update: received my certificate today. It was regular mail but they requested a signature. Thanks guys, and all the best to all waiting to finish this process. Today was exactly 2 years I submitted my application.
