Can someone please tell me where I need to send refugee case withdraw form I don’t have refugees board fax number and please tell me how I get my passport back I am already permanent resident my wife is Canadian citizen I already got my P R but I don’t know how to get my passport back and withdraw my Asylum case please help I need to visit out of country my wife mom is sick please help

you can google IRB regional officer where you made a claim, and mail or fax the form

It also depends on where you made the claim. If you made the claim at the border then the Canada border service
If you made the claim at the regional office then you have to contact IRB regional office

Depending in which province you are living, you have to mail the form to that province. As for passport, whichever office you claim refugee, you have to mail a copy of your PR confirmation and they will send it to you

I claim in Montreal regional office sir

Depending in which province you are living, you have to mail the form to that province. As for passport, whichever office you claim refugee, you have to mail a copy of your PR confirmation and they will send it to you

I am living in Quebec I made my claim at Montreal office I went last week there was one security guard he gave me one email when I emailed it says not do not reply we have stop all the services for landing migrant he has no idea what he given me it’s useless to visit personally
