WH is slow on processing applications. My application is also at WH and I got AOR in Oct. 15th 2021. No update/ADR until last week that my eligibility changed to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". I also don't have much travel history.
My application number starts with 0024 though.

it is just so strange that I saw people getting approval every day especially many applicants who actually got AOR in Jan 2022 or DEC 2021, I don't understand this part because I think all the bg checks should be finished by WH, then why some of them are super fast, but some of them like ours are extremely slow.

Mine connected after 3 days . I set alarams for 8-11 am . And called every 30 mins. Started monday and connected 11 am on wednesday. Its a hit and miss until you get lucky. Luck in the sense that a good agent assist you rather than a fucking bad annoyibg agent.

Guys I got my temporary number and the agent was amazing he said the file is in the system and it may take some time for them to start working on it. The application is sitting in the temporary queue. He cannot provide with a timeline; it could be tomorrow, it could be a week, or a month. He assured that the application is in the system and I don’t have to worry about it.

The application is supposed to be in the system since the day of submission dude. There's nothing extraordinary about it

They have to enter information in the system manually.
After entering info, the system generates AOR
and after that we are able to link it

See atleast u got an idea now..thats why its better to call them n seek answers..i call them many times and sought answers advice to my queries.it helps better than webforms.as few agents are kind people

Is there a specific number to speak to a person? i always speak to an automation no matter what option i choose

It's automated, I don't want to share the sources but in Govt. systems, such files are automatically assigned application# by the system. This isn't 90s or early 2000s that they would've to do each file manually, can you just imagine the time it would consume? Also, Marco had invested millions into IRCC portals and softwares before launching this program, even Fraser has invested to upgrade the IRCC systems

Then why we don't get assigned a file number as soon as we submit.
Why we always have to wait for AOR
in any stream (TR2PR, EE, CEC)
Why wait ?

I wish there was one. Anywaz I have 10 months experience of calling ircc. So waiting time is the worst in between.
