The menu is allowing me to tick the Alberta box and also the All Provinces and Territories" box together. Should I keep both selected?

I selected both of them when creating my profile and did get an NOI, so you should be fine doing the same. My best to you!

I got an NOI from Alberta yesterday and sent the letter to Alberta to accecpt the pnp right after I received it. But I haven't heard back. Could you please share how long does it take for them to send you the application link after you send them an email stating you are accepting the pnp?

But I do know it takes a couple business days to them to send the link

I moved to Alberta with PGWP and working at UofA as a postdoc (NOC 2112). My current offer and contract is 1 year and started in Sep 2021. I have now 5 months of experience in AB and more than a year in Canada. Do you think that I can apply for this PNP?

Same for me, I got my NOI yesterday and replied the same day, no response yet. I've heard from others it can sometimes take a few days for them to respond, so here's hoping!
