I understand your frustration, but any piece of software is prone to errors and when it comes to these type of process is better to be safe than sorry.
The alternative would be to pause all citizenship applications during the pandemic. Would you prefer that?

MY BGC was marked as completed on Jan 28th. I got an update in the online tracker on Jan 27th that my test is scheduled between Feb 4th to Feb 28th. Yet to get the email.
My partner passed her test on Jan 29th. Her BGC was marked as completed on Jan 22nd.
I have updated the Google Spreadsheet with the details.
