My Waiting time has been completed on 12th Jan, but still waiting for the decision, waiting time is unbearable. the fasted way to land in Canada is TRV, Student, and Work permit.
There is no “deadline” and it is average processing time of around 37 months. If you want to visit as a tourist, apply for a TRV (you can’t work or stay permanently), or apply to post secondary schools and then apply for a study permit. For a work permit, you would need to find a job, employer files a LMIA and then you apply for a closed work permit.

I know, I am just saying waiting time after this Covid thing is too much and you don't know when they will process it, There is no FSW draw since December 2021 so no chance in FSW. keep your hopes low.
Before pandemic, they used to make decisions before mentioned processing time in your GCkey account,
True. it's been more than one month I have applied for it and seems like they are not going to provide it soon. they are not bothering its not their priority, refugees are their priority these days.

I suggest you apply for either TRV, work permit, or study permit. We are going to do our biometrics tomorrow and I was shocked when they sent us our medical request already just now.
From what I know, an application for a study permit will not move until you have completed the biometrics. We have yet to do it tomorrow, but we already got our medical request letters. That was fast.
My application was received by IRCC on 20th March 2020 and I received the temporary application number in January 2021. I've not heard from IRCC after that, no permanent number, nothing at all. Anyone else in the same boat?
Hi! My application started in June 2020 and got my Temporary Number in October 2021, haven't heard from them since. If anybody got any update or is sailing in the same boat please revert.
I applied in Feb 2020, Got UCI and Permanent number within a week along with ADR for an unsigned document...
I immediately uploaded the document and since then no movement...

I know. Strange, right? I woke up with 5 emails for all of us (me, my husband, and 3 kids) from IRCC. Upon checking my GCKey account, they were all medical request letters. That was the day before we had to do our biometrics. We've completed our biometrics now and are just waiting for our upcoming medical exams.
Yes, I applied for a study permit earlier this month and I also have an ongoing paper FSE PR application submitted last Dec. 2020. No movement with that so I decided to take the student pathway. I'm the student and my husband applied for an open work permit.
By the way, that same day I received our medical request letters, I also saw that our status in GCKey had changed to "RE" -- Reviewing Eligibility. It's the final step before they make a decision on your case. Really weird because at that point, we had not done our biometrics nor medicals yet. And from the date I lodged our application online to the day we reached RE status was only 14 days.

Hello everybody,
Hope you all doin great
Can anyone advise me please
My Canadian Federal Self-Employed application was submitted on january 15, 2021, I didnt attached my Business Plan because there was not a related box in check list .
but now I heard that the Business Plan is the most important thing for Self-Employed category and its absence may be a reason for the application to be refused.
(It should be noted that I did not use a lawyer during the preparing and filling etc.)
So, I want to know if can I send it via a courier service to attaching to my application?
Or
What should I do at this stage,?
Tnx a lot.
Homayoon.
