yes people have travelled my aunt did as well 15 years ago. The ones that hold refugee status they cannot

You can travel back so long you were not associate claimant...

For how long would the person not be able to travel to home country? What if he becomes a Canadian citizen? What if the condition that made him to seek refuge changes?

You can travel back as soon as you become a Citizen. What if Conditions made him to seek refugee changed? Minister will still apply for cessation and burden of proof will be on you to defend voluntarily re-availment or necessity. Below link will give detailed UNHCR framework and sample cases... But if condition has changed, make less legal argument not to proceed

today I received email about portal which said I should reply to that email with some info. And after that I will get an account for the portal. How long do you think it will take for them to send the account info? And what is after that? does that take long to receive pr card after that?

5. PR card was on my hand after 1,5 month after uploaded the photo

After ECOPR in the portal after you logged, was it still saying In Review? Cause I got eCoPR and I haven't received my PR Card and when I login the portal under the address and photo section says '' In Review by IRCC".

What do you intend to do with it? You have to be very careful unless you want to put yourself into trouble. I don’t know if it’s a wise move. People with better information may need to advise on this.

Well, I applied by mail so there's nothing there.

I have received my PR card but my portal still says In review with Ircc, my kids and husband on other hand didn't received their card yet its almost 2 months now.
My kids pictures were sent back so we took pictures again and i thought i had submitted them, but i didn't clicked the final submit button. My fault.
So be careful, always double check

Same. July 2019 applicant. File transferred to Windsor office in December after eligibility and pre-arrival letter was issued. Since December 17 nothing.

BUT WHEN LOG IN TO MY CIC ACCOUNT IT SHOWS WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK.WHAT DOES IT MEAN.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR BACKGROUND CHECK TO RECEIVE ECPOR
