I am not not having any major hopium whatsoever, but having CEC moved to Edmonton and Ottawa issuing PPR like crazy in the same day, its just hard not to have a smile in my face today.
But 154 k is a big number. If IRCC has some guilt left, they will not conduct another CEC draw. But, hey IRCC time and again proved they are shameless.
I don't consider myself an optimistic person, frankly I am the direct opposite but hey dude be happy for others! They have been waiting for such a long time. Time will come for pre-ITA people as well. Just live your life, learn, proceed with your career.
