Did your wife have an update on her Background Check Status and then got test request? What location are you applying from?

Wow that was super fast. is yours a fast tracked application? I'm an August applicant too. Most of my dates are pretty much in track with yours except, i dont have a test date yet! How do we get the test window? do we receive an email or do we keep checking the new ecas system occasionally?

No need to inform. The document was valid at the time of submission of the application. The document has an expiry date
If the officer needs it he will request for it.
I have a similar scenario and I have not submitted the renewed OHIP copy for my daughter

Ok congratulations and yes you are A Montreal applicant! I got FP request and submitted the next day my BG check was completed. Will I get test request, but I see it’s different for everyone. No predictions I think working!

submitted citizenship application on Aug 17, 2021 and received AOR on Oct 22, 2021. Renewed passport because of expiry date and got new passport this week .

You don't need to. If your old passport was valid on the date you singed your application, everything is fine.

My status shows to give fingerprints, but have not received email or mail for instructions letter how to proceed?

Hi everyone,
I did online application on Aug26,2021 and received a AOR on Nov10,2021.
Further on Nov11,2021 in process status showed up.Now I’m traveling out of Canada for 2 months.Do I need to notify application office about my absence from Canada? And how can I do that?

My suggestion is to check with nearest FP agency around your location if they need email confirmation to do fingerprints or the update on the tracker will be enough for them to do the FP
