@legalfalcon From your experience what does a "complex application" mean when Eligibility is marked as Approved on GCMS and requested remedicals have been updated on GCKey account? I had raised a webform recently during Christmas and received a reply from an agent yesterday mentioning that we have received all required documents plus complex applications take longer to process. I cant figure out what "complex" means to IRCC given what I know from my GCMS. Or if complex means that IRCC has a Backlog to process and my PPR is scheduled to be sent out months / weeks later? I'm a single applicant without any dependents. Also nothing changed in terms of my "situation" (other than getting approved vaccinations) after my file was approved including COR. Thank you in advance.
I shouldn't have applied. Thats what Ive learnt. The bigger mistake was paying all fees upfront. I should've paid only whats required and not the RFRP fee or whatever. Such a waste of time. I seriously im so upset after the agent termed my application "Complex". Just waiting for their AM and im giving these idiots a call. Just no sense of accountability or liability towards applicants. Ridiculous.

It's not your Fault buddy. What you're feeling is natural and its okay to vent out. You did what you could in the best possible way. I'd suggest dont stress too much over it, a few months down the line once you get your PR, things would be different and won't even matter so much . we're all in the same boat. let's keep our spirits high !

They have a few template statements and they copy paste it, sometimes incorrectly. My GCMS notes had mentioned my file as student/visitor visa applicant whose medical activity needs to be initiated blah blah, whilst I am a PR applicant. So I would say don’t lose hope

no luck with getting IRCC to answer my call yet @akriti91@SwatiB . But I will post here once I speak to them. Someone on another thread mentioned they got IRCC on call last Thursday around 10:30 ET. Anyhow hope they answer soon.
Added common-law partner by submitting a list of requested forms by IRCC via webforms. They responded that they are overwhelmed with the workload and would get back to me ASAP. I also had a second X-ray scan last week as they had asked me for a TB test when I took the upfront medical exam last October 2021.
