I think submission date and NOC code. I don't think NOI plays a role here.
What's your noc and submission date?

I have just got the certificate today. Here is my timeline FYI

NOC : 2131
CRS Score : 473(2021) 467(2022)
EE Application : May 2021
Alberta NOI : 12th October 2021
AINP Application Submitted : 11 November 2021
AINP Info Requested : 24 December 2021 & I replied the same day
AINP Info Requested From Current Employer : 5th January 2022 & they replied the day after
AINP Additional Info Requested From Current Employer : 8th January 2022 & they replied yesterday
AINP Certificate issued : 10th January 2022

Same as others, any documents (offer letters, tax statements, pay slips, job certifications and/or work visas) related to the job. What's interesting though is they only asked it for my last engineering job, not my current one which is a non-engineering managerial position.
