They might be working on those applications now. I did ask for GCMS notes about a month ago though (still haven't received them). That might have helped to move things a bit.

I've got my oath date on January 18th, 2022 (tracker updated for oath on December 20th, 2021), I haven't received the email with instructions yet. Is it normal? Should I contact CIC for the oath instruction email? Any thoughts, experiences will be greatly appreciated.

I would wait until a week before, if you have not recieved by then you should call them Wednesday 18th.

Today, a month after taking the test, there was an update in the CIC tracker. Language skills, Physical presence, Prohibition are now marked as completed. Only "Citizenship Ceremony" is shown as "Not Started". In the old tracker, the status has changed from 'In Progress' to 'Decision Made'.

Not necessarily but it's around that timeline - for example, I had mine asked around the exact same time as I received my first test invite (possibly even a week or so before, need to check my mail).

I did the test july 28th, then got the request for passport copies september 30th, DM Dec 18th.
