I got the message on cic yesterday saying “PR Card approved and mailed” with no other correspondence. Do they send you tracking information? Or a delivery date? I have received neither

Hi everyone... I got email yesterday from IRCC, PR card approved but it's only for me and my spouse. We didn't get PR card approval email for our son. Should we wait or email to IRCC ?

You can email to ask them on the status of your son 's PR card application.
Maybe they forgot to process it or there is a problem in production.

Thank you. We will send email to IRCC. On PR portal my son's status showing in review with IRCC.
