Yes they do. I have seen based on last year [ the same time].. study permit PPR's were issued day after day without a gap

Yes, you will be getting a letter. Few don't get it because of the technical glitch. But nothing to worry, you can still work.

I also did not get this WP-EXT letter. My wife did get it and she's on work visa and applied on the same profile together with mine.

it's annoying IRCC define the priorities and sacrifice the others.
Can't understand what caused such a delay.

That’s true . I applied for restoration and pgwp and cant work for more than 3 months. And filled out many webforms and no responses . Very annoying to me.

I checked our forums, last year people get approved on 25th Dec.
so I assume they still work tomorrow.

Hopefully tomorrow, we will get all good news. My friends , most of them get pgwp or owp on Monday and Friday . So finger crossed to us
