Thank you @engray and @goodboy97 for your help, I was wrong, it was not the Vancouver office, it was another office, thank you for your help, I just sent a webform and attached a letter explaining the error, hopefully it will be picked up and looked at by someone soon. Will update here once I hear more, thank you both for your quick reply and help, appreciate it!

I sent my application on Feb 2, 2021 (Family of 3 - Mississauga). AOR on Mar 22, changed to In process on May 14, background verification status says its completed. After that no updates, i saw people who sent after me got test invites and i am not sure where it is stuck. I sent webforms twice, no response yet. Anyone please advice how do i know the current status of my application?

Best thing you can do is to track your application (https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login). Because you have AOR you should have an application number. Together with your UCI can track it. Another option is to ask for the GCMS notes but it takes about 4-5 weeks before getting reply.

A good number of people from Feb-september 2020 are still waiting for the test invite or BG check to be completed. Your turn will come have patience. There is no sense in the way IRCC is processing files right now, there are 2021 may applicants who are already citizens or have been scheduled for oath. So dont get perplexed when you see people who applied after you get their Citizenship sooner, because the reverse perspective holds true wherein you might get it sooner than 2020 applicants. Thats just the way the system is right now.

My tracker has Test and background complete and the rest are in progress, which is great but my ECAS is still not showing anything. When I enter my credentials (UCI, name and country of birth etc) it tells me that my application is not in their system. Did this happen with anyone else? The tracker working well but ECAS is not?
