I'm not sure. According to IRCC's website, CoPR holders can get an appointment in Canada to do the "landing" procedure. Since I don't have a CoPR yet (just a PPR email asking to send over photos to Ottawa via Canada Post) I'm waiting for further instructions.

Hey friend, I was wondering what happened with your landing. We are from the US and looking to travel to Canada now and have COPR mailed to us from family in us.

Were you able to land in Canada, or did you have to exit?
