You are welcome, IRCC has sometimes been all over the place. I applied May 18th, and was approved Aug 9th.
When I was still waiting, around July 26, IRCC was approving May30th apps, so I would say to not be worried about anything unless you've been waiting from a long long 6 months wait.
I know about the process and want to be calm about the time being taken currently, but my manager seems to be getting annoyed at this point because I can't provide a non-expired SIN before my PGWP arrives. I handle sensitive information at work and lot of applications and software package that I use needs special approval because I have not provided my SIN. Sorry about the long message but its frustrating that Service Canada doesn't understand that IRCC is taking decades to process the application and they should give extension on the SIN. Some answers would be helpful at this point. I wasn't employed when I applied (25th September), since then I have been working (NOC A), would attaching employment update be helpful or would it just delay even more at this point?
Hi, I see that you are a Champion Member answering queries on this thread. Could you please help me with the Document List for Inland SOWP?
Also a quick question :- What option do I have if my application for SOWP (spouse of a skilled worker) from within Canada gets rejected (due to some unforeseen reason) after my current status (SOWP) expires?
Nope, there is no need to secure a job for a PGWP application. It only requires you to complete a full-time diploma/degree in any DLI (and not violating any terms in your study permit).
I think I might have lost my study permit recently I am in Canada. I do have a scanned copy of it and all though and I plan to apply for a PGWP in a few months. I heard when getting a new on, I need documents, which I have a passport but do I need a drivers license?
