Today EE/PNP draw was supposed to happen and i am wondering nothing updated on the website. As per previous draws PNP draws happened every 14 days on Wednesdays. If anybody has info please do let me know.

Today EE/PNP draw was supposed to happen and i am wondering nothing updated on the website. As per previous draws PNP draws happened every 14 days on Wednesdays. If anybody has info please do let me know.

I don't think there has been a draw in December yet,
If you analyze the Nov 24th Draw: NOI's issued (100) and cut off mark (350),
It's a pointer that they are getting closer to the 6250 2021 allocation threshold.

Let's Keep the faith, I believe there will be just one draw in December 2021 and full steam resumes again from January (which is just 3 weeks away in the worst-case scenario.)

Nomination certificate limits

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sets the limits for nominations the AINP can issue each year. IRCC provided 6,250 nomination certificates to Alberta for 2021.

6,094 nomination certificates have been issued so far in 2021.

There are approximately 400 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 825 expression of interest applications in the Alberta Express Entry pool.

IRCC I read have a backlog of almost 1.4m different application classes and from experience, it does look like they prioritize the integration of Applicants who graduate from their schools, which usually explains the high cut off points from Sept - January.

All in all, @marez01 you are in the pool for a PNP Class draw, celebrate the festivities and relax, gather your documents and be ready for submission when the draw is made. I think there will be one Federal Draw this month and you will get the ITA.

On the 7th of December AINP held another draw. look like a small draw is expected. AINP will process 156 applications in this month rest will be sorted in Jan 2022 with the renewal of the new quota.
