I’m guessing they are busy with finalizing applications and they won’t answer calls or take the time to answer queries just so they can finish the work.

I called IRCC today luckily a nice agent picked my call and informed me the application status that criminality and medical has been passed and they are conducting eligibility and security screening.
I am wondering how much time it will take?

AOR: May 10
Medical passed: June 3
Bio passed June 3
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Assigned By TM20259
Assigned To RC-2710
Due date 2021/07/28
Primary office: Montreal Immigration
Above is shown on my GCMS notes, received it on Dec 2 (ordered on Sep 14). Also, there is note under Eligibility section as in below " Foreign credential confirmed on ECA site ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary Reported by issuing agency as Bachelor's Degree (4 years) Foreign Credential not provided"
When submitting docs, I only submitted ECA, but not my foreign Degree & official transcripts, however I did resubmit my Bachelor's degree via IRCC webform on Sep 13. Just really worry that does it causes a refusal for my application? due it took almost 7 months and not yet started on eligibility process

Im with you. My application is stuck at the Montreal office for 6 months too. My AOR is May 23rd. Requested 3 GMCS notes and no updates made xD. I just gave up on waiting for this. We will get it when we get it. Just really sucks how all this is just randomly distributed and people with no luck have to wait for 6~7 months with out any update whereas some lucky guys get their in 1~2 months.
