I am sure your lawyer has nothing to worry about since they already got their payment. On our end, we did not have fabulous experience with lawyers. We caught them many times being negligent and making errors. I recommend to everyone being proactive with your applications, check every single paper they submit and track file regularly with whatever means you have available: ECAS, GCMS, MP etc.
I don't know you but with all the years here investing my money, my time and sometimes my energy on different circumstances cause I guess most of you experienced working illegally and sometimes people getting advantage over you and many other things.....and still ....years, accomplishments and more....and still they think you re "not good enough" ....sorry but I've seen many born here waste and drain the system and we just want to progress and work properly, it is non sense for me, and even though I think I have a very good case you never know if you will find a racist official who thinks you deserve to get back to your country
Decision notes are recorded after your case (Stage 1) has been fully assessed. They form the basis for the official decision letter that you get. Yes, it is possible to see notes before official letter received, if letter is stuck in mail or if officer's decision needs a sign off from supervisor. But in our case, the date in officer's GCMS notes and the date she printed official refusal letter are exactly the same.
Well, on covid I was very frustrated cause to contact his office was a headache.
I didnt pay un full, he asked half to begin with and half at the end
I am constantly submitting more documents to them, and he pretty knows when I call.....
I just don't know if I am leaving behind with the applications, cause I read some of 2020 they have many things (not my case)

OK Eligibility is Stage 1 - before AIP - the officer has not started studying your HC arguments yet, it looks. When has the officer been assigned? Do you see "bring forward date"? This is the date your file is planned to be opened. I would Count about 3 months from that date to hear Stage 1 news. Good luck!
