Yes I applied from USA. Here's my timeline:

First Application using GC KEY : 3rd September 2021
Biometrics request letter: 6th September 2021
Gave Biometrics at VFS New York: 23rd September 2021
Biometrics Updated in GC KEY:23rd September 2021
Eligibility review started: 19th October 2021

*NO UPDATES AFTER THAT*

Second Application using IRCC Portal: 10th November 2021
Biometrics automtically updated in IRCC Portal: 10th November 2021

I am supposed to travel in less than 2 weeks time. I really hope I get a decision ASAP SO that I can be certain of my future travel plans.

The second application did not ask me for any other documents, just my Passport scans, US Visa Page and ID Document from Home country, so I believe I have qualified for expediated processing under CAN+ program. But no one knows how long CAN+ processing time is. They say its expediated based on last 10 years US/ Canada travel history or current valid US Visa. So lets see.

They only asked me to upload three docs:
1. My ID from back home
2. Passport scans
3. US Valid Visa Scan

They did not ask for any financial or any other documents. I still uploaded my bank statement and other supporting documents like travel history, return ticket from US to back home, COVID-19 Vaccination certificates and other documents as supporting documents.

Hi all,

I applied for visitor visa on sep 17th through gc key. But didnt get any reply.

So i again applied through the new ircc portal on nov 3rd.

Today i got an update in my gc key account that my old application is withdrawn. No update on my new portal application.

Does anyone know what might be the reason.

Why would they do that though? If you get any more information on this issue please share it here.
