Hi guys,
I have question about R10, could you please tell me that what is R10? and this is related to Education or language or job and etc.
thanks in advance
The first check done after submission is R10 or the completeness check. Before your application is assigned to any officer, an assistant checks if all the documents submitted are in order and in right format. The IELTS, ECA and PCC validity check is done at this time.
Hi guys and @legalfalcon, please guide, till date my employer has not received any call to verify my job details so does that mean my eligibility has not started? I have not ordered gcms notes either to know the status of my application so just curious whether eligibility can be done without even calling the employers.

Hello, I received the GCMS notes today and it says the following details. Is there anyone who has a similar situation? It says the Application due date is 4th December 2021. What does that mean?
Category: EE, FSW-O
AOR: 22 Feb 2021
COR: India
Primary office: CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia
Secondary office: CPC, Ottawa
Eligibility: not started (although in GCMS details showing Assessment 1 & 2 as Passed )
Security: not started
Criminality: Passed.
Medicals: Passed.
Review: in progress
Are there FSW applicants with AOR Feb 2021 seeing any movement? I wonder when CIO will start processing and forwarding the apps from 2021, now that Ottawa started processing FSW apps.

Ah, that makes sense. In my GCMS notes, the first secondary office is identified as "Operations Support Center," the second as Ottawa, and the third as Edmonton. Does anyone here have any clue as to what the function of OSC is? Also, is it more likely that my case will be processed via Ottawa than Edmonton as it is the 2nd Secondary office as opposed to the 3rd? Any and all input will be appreciated.

I think CIO takes care of eligibility as well.
Unless the application is passed to CPC Ottawa, it will still stay in CIO as far as my understanding goes.
