They allocate the AWB in advance when they start the process.
When you check GCKey, if the counterfoil reference is mentioned then the stamping can be expected to be done and sent to the courier on the same day or the next day.

In GC Key, where the counterfoil is generated? Can you share screenshot if possible?

PPR received 25/10/2021 then by using two way courier services Passport sent 28/10/2021
PP reached at VFS office Delhi 29/10/2021
VFS send PP to IRCC 01/11/2021
PP is under process at IRCC office 02/11/2021.
After that no email, no message and not any updates about passport stamp.
Timeline is in my signature…

Hi, after online payment do I have to inform VFS by replying to the email? Or will they just confirm it on their end?

Mine is showing in process since 26 Oct at ircc new delhi, no news yet

In my GC key, it says Application is approved. Showing two documents one COPR for me(Primary applicant) and another is counterfoil for my spouse(outland dependent).

And also got a message from VFS "tracking id *** has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, Singapore OC on Fri Nov 12 2021 via courier partner. Please use Tracking id. or the AWB number provided to track the shipment on the courier partners website after 24hrs."

does that mean it is in Transit? Does my spouse need anything other than Counterfoil to travel to Canada?

Yes. Can be tracked in courier webpage /// for India it is BlueDart ////
What I understood Counterfoil = PR Visa Sticker in PP, Plus CoPR in the package.

They sent it through Fedex. Tried a couple of times with the tracking id, no luck. I guess have to wait 24 hours
