I guess so. It took only 12 days to get portal. BTW it came after long 6 years and 4 months .

To all members:
Don't stress about things not falling in place just when you want them to. Be patient guys, your anxiety is doing more harm to your mental health than good. Take control of your mind. Mental health is more important than some status. Everything is gonna happen when it's the right time.
Don't lose hope people.....

Note: I submitted my online application on May 6, 2021, everything upfront but excluding the PAYMENT RECEIPT because the IRCC payment platform had some technical issues that particular day.

hopefully, they complete as many apps as they can until December before some new program starts in January or February to welcome 400k applicants for the year.
