It is a ghost update. It happens when they are reviewing your file while you tend to log in.
I had 5 ghost updates a couple of months ago.

On September 7, 2021 changes were made to allow fully vaccinated travellers to travel to Canada, Therefore the mentioned processing days on our website apply for applications submitted after September 7 .
If you applied before September 7, 2021, and you already told us that you qualify for a COVID-19 exemption
You do not need to submit a new application or write to us again.
We’ll process the application you submitted before September 7, 2021.

I just have a question regarding TRV for my parents, previously in 2018 when I had a TRV I applied for my parents (Syrian father and Jordanian Mother)to join me during my vacation in Canada but it was refused due to purpose of visit and leaving Canada by the end of their visit. Now I got my PR and would like to reapply for them again so my question is do I need to be physically in Canada in order to apply for them or is it fine if I am outside Canada ?

new processing time is 100 days above so i will wait until its become normal process time
That is ONLY if you have applied through the new portal after 7th of September
That's as per the IRCC website
it's 14 to 30 business days on both portals for all types of applications.

i re applied through the new portal on Sep 12.... its more than 40 business days now... riyadh visa office is a silly joke... im begging them to process my application...
