Nope ... I did my first medicals back in Dec 2019 and now got request for remedicals on Nov 2nd.
I never got any notification if the medicals were expired or extended.

Application approved as per GCSM since Sep 2020 but no remedical request yet. Extension expired in Oct. File untouched since May.
