June 2020 - Citizenship Application

I gave my test on 30th Oct and passed (20/20).
Nov 1st the application status showed Citizenship test as completed.

My citizenship test window is Nov 8-Nov 28 , however I have not received any email yet. I am not sure which processing centre working on my application. I applied from Ottawa but sent the application to Sydney in June 2020. Do you guys know any email address so that I can send them an email regarding not receiving the email notification for my citizenship test ?

I'd just call them and ask, which I've done a couple of times and usually I get an answer fairly quickly. There's a way to message them from memory but that usually takes days if not weeks for them to respond.

Separately, I usually receive an email days after the status tracker has an update.
Also could it be in your spam by any chance? (if you haven't checked already)

Thank you for your comment. I checked spam folder and other folders too, nothing there . I will give them a call but the category does not fall into 'urgent', as they are only responding to urgent categories. this is the number i believe: 1 888 242 2100

No need to call. If you're scheduled for the 8th, you will receive the invite between the 6th and 7th.

I passed my test on 26th Oct but status yet to be updated as "Completed"
Any idea what could be a reason?

Dont worry. I got the email on 27th Oct and my test was on 29th . Just start preparing and it should be fine.

No, it is updated online in the tracker. I believe they send detailed email 3-4 days before the Oath day.
