You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date. What does it mean?
It means they're trying to sound funny :D. I got the same message about my EE profile which has never been invited. C'on, IRCC, you can do better.

Sharing my case again,
IG stream around 12:45 EST with inland spouse
-Biometrics: received Oct 12, completed Oct 13
-Medical exam: passed Oct 12, change to we do not need medical exam Oct 13
-Submitted my new address and paystub through Webform to prove I move out of Quebec on Oct 13
-Biometric notice shows in Sydney office
-My spouse's Biometrics refund notification was received on Oct 20, 2021
-AOR received on Oct 25, 2021, 19:50 EST from CPC-Sydney

Has anyone tried Service3 before? Even I got AOR, there is still nothing shown in Service3. So they haven't started processing my case?
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=null
I think the service doesn't work in Tr 2 Pr case, just like other processing service, none of them is working for tr to pr. Ircc is using a very different system .

Any recent updates, GU's or eCOPR's guys??

This is honestly frustrating..!!
Be honestly, I may have life time shadow because of how IRCC handles our applications. I may need to see mental therapist after ALL of this . Even we are tax payer, but no any officer or media care about us because we have no election right. Maybe I'm just weak guys, but the whole administrative processes are a mental abuse for me : (

Yes, I got the first portal email last night at 9:30 pm EST, I assume they were working extended hours for the high volume applications, or maybe it had been scheduled already and just auto sent out at that time?

They may work overtime.
However, I think most of them work from home since Covid-19.
