Sometimes, it happens when they are still working on your account. Nothing to worry about, try after sometime.

Did you receive any email regarding updates or changes in your account, or you just got to your account without any notice (seeing that pass request message)?

I think portal is down, not able to log in

I got 2 messages in email, then logged in to account. I noticed change in eligibility and a message subject with passport request.
