I have applied my paper based file on 16th November 2020 and my medical is also submitted upfront and I have still not got my file number nothing from IRCC
Does anyone have same situation??

I’m the same as you. Mine is nov 13. Upfront medical is sent through webform but still no Aor

From what shows on the portal, background check was passed on October 13, one day before the PAL. And yes it is before the MR.
I know for some applicants' PAL comes before MR.

Eligibility shows passed on the eCoPR date.

I didnot get my ATIP yet so no idea for the details.

You probably already have your biometrics in the past for one of your visas and that is valid for 10 years
