I am thinking of reapplying, I already have a visitor visa application Mar 2021 in the system (No updates as yet), then I applied for Super Visa Sept 2021.

We applied for a Supervisa in Oct 2020 ( with upfront medical). Biometrics completed in July 2021. No updates till date. Applied for a visitor visa from the new portal on 23 Sep 2021. No updates even for that. Not even eligibility review for both these!

Has anybody who applied Super Visa for parents in India before September, 2021 received it?

My timeline:
March 10, 2021 Supervisa Applied
August 4, 2021 Biometrics Done

No status change, since then.

Weird Indian super visa processing time 43 days I guess send webform best of luck

My mom is an Indian citizen currently on a tourist visa in the US. Can I apply for her super VISA from the US? She is at her daughter's place. We do not want to send her to India as of yet because of the covid situation as she is by herself and processing time for super visa is way longer from India. I don't want her to go to India and get stuck.
Any help/ guidance is much appreciated.

Yes you can apply from anywhere provided she is not in canada..

Same here, parents did medicals upfront in Sep2021, application submitted in Mar2021 till now its not updated.. sent so many webforms.. no use
