At the end of GCMS notes, it says date and time generated. You can see it there.

Have you tried called ircc, if not please try. Just 2 days back my status was even worse than you, background check yet to be started and now today I received ecopr. Eligibility will be in progress till yesterday. Don't lose hope the status you can see those are not actual internal one.You can call ircc talk to an agent might need to call multiple times and ask them about your 1st and 2nd VO, Eligibility status, info sharing, security and Criminality.

I have got a request to submit new passport for my son because his passport on the file has just expired. I don't know if this is the first step or one the last because the status of my background check and other things are still showing in progress in portal. The request letter says:
We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:

I received my portal email last Thursday October 21. I replied with my address and picture the next day. I received my eCOPR today. Email was from Calgary but from when I last called 2 months ago, they said my VO was Edmonton. Timeline below. Good luck everyone!

Never received any ghost update even before portal email. Last one was for Medical back in April.

Yeah they won’t. They apparently send a request to Medical Canada to get approval for extension on the medical. You’re most likely fine as well!

Has anyone received the portal mail or GU's in the last 3 days? I have received GU1 on 25th Oct & GU2 on 26th Oct, however, haven't received any portal mail.. still awaiting..
