In the Tracker, my Citizenship oath date is 2nd November, 2021. I haven't yet received any email from immigration on the instructions for oath ceremony. There is no link to join video calls. What should I do? whom to contact?
We get this question 100X a day on this forum and it’s IRCC’s fault because the tracker update states “We’ve sent you an email” when in reality it’s only sent a few days before the ceremony
I did get the email and PDF details about the oath day etc.
BUT, instead of "Link to Video Oath ceremony" and "Meeting ID" both just have a dot (.)
There'sNO url to zoom anywhere in the email or thePDF invite!

I was just on phone call with IRCC, and before I even told them the issue, a second email arrived with same PDF, but this time both URL and meeting ID were populated.
So some IRCC clerk sent first email in a rush without entering the URL etc, and realized their mistake and sent a second one after about 30 minutes!

Keep following up with them the last week to the oath. Someone kept waiting for the invitation and it didn't arrive on time, and their oath had to be rescheduled.
