And you applied Oct. 2019? People who applied March 2021 are getting oath these days. I applied one month after you, and still waiting for the oath. Send them a webform, expressing your grievances.

That is true sadly, one of my colleagues who applied in March 2021 got Oath invite already whereas people like us are just stuck in either BG or Test completed.

Can’t call them cos they don't answer, no point sending webform cos we get standard reply, no point contacting MP cos they give them standard response too.
Spousal applications folks tried rallying and picketing in Ottawa and they moved a few applications quickly to show to the media snd went back to the same snail speed again.
Just read the comments on twitter on the IRCC page.. horror stories..
Create a new thread for this so as many 2019 applicants as possible can see and participate. This is a good way to create social media pressure on them.
I got my Oath invite for November 3rd 2021 (edited).
I had a few questions/ asks:
1. The test invite email will be sent closer to the date I suppose?
2. What documents apart from COPR and PR Card would be needed for the same?
3. How long does the Oath ceremony last?
Thanks in advance!

Help create a Twitter trend so IRCC takes action on pending 2019 applications
Otherwise IRCC seems to be busy prioritizing 2020 and 2021 applications, which is grossly unfair to 2019 applicants.
Sohi, an Indian immigrant (now Canadian citizen) has ties to Ottowa government and very likely immigration departments/heads, too.
He just got elected as Mayor of the city here. The first ever POC mayor.
I wonder if writing him a letter to forward on our grievances might be worth a try. As he got elected only today, maybe he is keen to help and be supportive before he gets bogged down with the tidal wave of issues he has to work with!
I remember the first couple weeks at any new job you're tripping over yourself to do well and excel. Maybe we can ride that wave.
