Guys Please suggest, I have applied tr to pr at 2:14EST IG with 2 outland dependent. When can expect to get the AOR?

Hi all,
My sister applied for the TR to PR pathway under IG stream. I saw someone got refused and as per them they did not sign and that was the reason. I am not sure if that is really the reason.

My sister and her husband did not sign the IMM 5406.

Was it required to sign by hand?

People who got approved, could you please confirm if you guys did sign that?

Oh no.. and here I thought AOR would be the first status, then they would request for medicals and pcc.. getting anxious about IRCC's processing times.

With the wait times, should I go ahead and apply for express entry? I have 457 points and it seems to take a shorter time than this pathway

I heard it's the same, but you should try and grab all the opportunities you can anyway.

If you don't have a last name then you use your first name as in your passport it will be your full name. I have some friends with the same situation of having no last name in their passports. This is should work. Else you will have to wait for the AOR.
