for me it took 3 months after test to DM. it was too long and its too frustrating. Now i don't know when i will schedule for the Oath i hear it also take 1 to 3 months for seclude and after schedule it took another 1 to 3 months to oath day.
If it is the same office, may be they have been busy since last several weeks in preparation+execution of this yearly program to sponsor parents. But, now that all the invites are sent (and afghan crisis is as controlled as it can be), hopefully our Mississauga office can return to us poor-oath-hungry non-urgent applicants.

The email address is probably a shared generic email that runs in batch mode sending out bulk emails. I certainly hope that now that that is out of the way, they can devote some time to process oaths.
In an ideal world, the oath team should be a separate team from the other processes, but I understand if resources are shared. As long as they get back to their usual duties as soon as possible, I have no issues.
Just passed my test with 18/20. Would the status portal be updated in (... months or years)???
I assume it would always be possible to postpone the last step, which is taking the oath as it is not optimal for me to take the citizenship before end of next year.
I requested urgent processing in July but didn't get a response. I have now received an email titled "urgent notice to appear" for citizenship test. The date on my letter also states "urgent". Does this mean my urgent processing request was approved?
TBH, I don't need it anymore because the job posting has closed and I needed the citizenship status at the time of application. Just asking out of curiosity.
