Same as your AR . Mine is Nov 2 2020 . But , not updated after AOR. The different thing is that I didn’t do upfront medical. Cause, my agency doesn’t recommend upfront medical.

NO. Digital verson went out with our application back in Sept 2020. Was not accepted. Get a hard copy, scan and then upload. Our was accepted this way. Otherwise you will face delays etc. No attestaion required when Swiss authoritoies send a hard copy, this is what we experienced.
