Today I received an email from immigration office

They gave me an application number starting with S and said they are working on my application.

I applied IG stream at 4:30 toronto time

Idk if this an aor or something else

Anyone recieved something like this?

How could you get the application number? They just send your an email? or you ask them ? etc...
