I'm an inland March 2020 applicant as well - same situation as you. Seriously considering if I should do a second CEC application.

I ordered GCMS notes to try and get an update July 19th but not received anything yet
Last update via phone was Eligibility passed June 2020 but nothing further...

According to Gcms note received last year Nov, application is approved.

Information in notes have been redacted citing 16.2.c/16.1.c. The officer review required has been replaced with blank spaces. Tried searching online but everything is confusing. Would love to hear from you guys.

Oh! The same date as me. Dude I hope that is the signal of progress. It seems not everyone got that message so that’s kind of positive. I was Inland but then I notified them that I left the country and changed my address like a week or two ago. Let’s keep each other in the loop.

A lot of people are saying this might just be a glitch or so and that they have received such emails multiple times with no progress following this.
Anyway, lets hope for the best
