Application changed to in progress in ecas on 23 Sep

Background Verification completed in the new tracker on 27 Sep but I could see the change of status only today (28 Sep).

Assuming that my local visa office is at Milner Ave (Scarborough), approx. by when I can expect test invite @Strongfaith42?

It took 5 days for my background check to move to completed in new tracker from in progress in ECAS.

Guys I have a question. When i login to my account it says application updated September 29. Whenever I logged in before that it was always “updated on August 24” and that was when I got my AOR. Does this mean my application is now in process? Nothing else seem changed in that page.

Edit: ok I checked using ECAS and it says we started processing your application on september 28. So I guess my app is in process right now.

That is the date shown on old ECAS system when they begin processing your application.

How do you guys retrieve your application through ecas? I tried with the client number and application number but it doesn't work. The other application tracker works fine though.

Ecas works only for paper applicants. If you applied online, you can only use the new tracker.
