That's a lot of money!!! Man!!! SINP only cost 350 Canadian dollars and you pay this fee if you get ITA. And the whole Permanent Residency process does not cost that much. Something is fishy here. Do not give someone like this man. Saskatchewan Nomination program is open till now. Who said that it is not open? In this forum, hundreds of people have profiles there and many have applied paying only 350 Canadian dollars after getting ITA. I have applied there, I did it myself. Cost me only 350 CAD and you are talking about giving someone lakhs! Unbelievable!

It seems to me that your lawyer launched an EOI in Manitoba province. 1st of all launching EOI in any province does not cost a penny and after ITA the application fee is between 300 to 500 dollar in any province.
Now, launching an EOI does not mean that you have applied there. It just mean you have an interest in that province. If you have a good score they will send you ITA and then comes the part of application submission.
If you are talking about Manitoba, I will say It's very tough to get ITA there without any relatives living in Manitoba. But if you have close blood relative in Manitoba, your son may get an ITA. However, his score does say that you do not have relatives in that province.

You can't launch EOI in multiple provinces simultaneously. Besides with Expired IELTS, you can't launch an EOI. Your IELTS must have validity.

I think his son does not have any SINP profile. His lawyer lied that. Besides IELTS is expired. I am feeling sorry for them, some scammers named lawyers are robbing them.
