I am just curios, are they giving AOR's randomly?

Applied 12:18 May 6, IG stream, misuploaded work doc, linked July 9th, submitted webform for wrong doc which was accepted and submitted to the right office July 25th and nothing until now. hi everyone, i applied on 6 may at 1:12pm est. in IG and did not receive anything yet.
my question is, i dont know my GC KEY account username and password , and i can only sign on with sign in partner,
is there any issue with that if we not able to sign in with gc key .
i applied my workk permit thhrough sign in partner in past.

No issue. I used sign in partner and I am at portal email stage.

Thank you so much for the advice!!! I did what you said and now the application on GCKey says “Pending registration” and my IRCC one just says “Submitted” for the status. Does anyone know what this means?

Applied May 6th 12:30pm Toronto time
Linked account on August 12th 2021
Medical passed-August 12th
PCC request- August 12th
Submitted PCC same day
AOR for PCC by August 19th
AOR-August 13th
GU- last week of August
GU- September 16th
GU- September 23rd
No portal till now. Is it normal?When can I expect the portal?
