Guys,
I would like to share my history as it’s very different than most of you and it may help someone with similar case of mine. I’m from Spain, 40 years old.

I came in 2012 with working holiday visa, after this I had young professional another year. Then I got 2 sponsors for seasonal work. Study work permit in school too.

I opened my own business in 2015, when I did it I paid 4 different immigration lawyers until one told me that I could get Owner Operator LMIA opening a business from zero. Only one lawyer!!!! I paid 300-500$ each time!

I renewed this LMIA 3 times, around 9,000$ each time. Then this Owner operator will be gone next year.

During last 6 years, my only option was invest 300,000$ in my business then government will grant me. It doesn’t make sense as most of my business is online.

I own a success business with lot of revenue to Canadian businesses, a house & I’m proud to have 2 years old Canadian son. I’ve done lots of volunteering in my community. I had 5 workers in some point and this wasn’t enough to get it!

Covid, no work, no PR…. I was decided to move to US and reopen my business there as I was sad about my work status after 8 years. Then my wife found about H&C. I asked my lawyer and his answer was: This is not for you!!! Renew your visa again, another 9K!

finally I got another lawyer who I explained my case and he told me that my profile was totally under H&C. So between him & this incredible we are PR after 10 months!!!

your case is priority

How many times do you check your ecas a day???? I can tell you that I’ve done every day for a few times a day since I sent my application in November!!!! Im not sure if I’m the only strange here lol

I'm happy to know I've got company. I check day every since 2018.

I appreciate all of you on this platform because it actually gives encouragement and hope when u hear people’s cases, progress and updates. Seems all application that was received AUGUST 2021 doesn't received AOR but they have Temporary File Number. What is going on guys ? Why they cannot go through the process or even put on the system.

My friend have a new additional evidences but she cannot send it as she don't have file number yet.

Good day everyone and special greetings to Ayanna. I got my RAD dismissed letter yesterday. It’s devastating and frustrating but. It’s not over until it’s finally over. I have sent mails to my counsel and will proceed to Judicial Review.
I have questions regarding H&C as I wish to apply for it as back up. My question are: how long does the judicial review take on average? Will I get out of status if my judicial review failed but I’m on H&C? Does my blood donation to Canadian blood bank has any effect on my H&C? What will my chance be without Canadian child? I am by myself but been working and have good savings.
I will be glad to get respond especially from Ayanna and other old members who are really conversant with the processes here.

Hi, from my experience, when I failed federal review, cbsa deported me and my family right away, because H&C doesnt give status. But H&C continues their process, and after almost 2 years I have received Aip, and hope we could return soon. Each person has their own experience and luck. Just have faith.
