Has anyone been asked to submit ROE by officer for essential worker stream B? A friend of mine worked over 20 hrs last year in the month of september and october when she was an international student. She submitted her T4 and her first 2 and last 2 paystubs. SHould she withdraw? What if the officer asks for the ROE? Can IRCC officer directly access our CRA/Service Canada record?

I have had the same thing but I worked only when it was spring break or reading break and I got a letter from my college saying that we can work full time at that time and gave my explanation, I hope this helps

Hi ,my visa was expired on June 28th and I applied for TR TO PR May 20th. I tried to apply for BOWP even if I was not eligible to do it at that time and received a maintained status letter that I can work without work permit is valid till October 13th. Meanwhile, TR to PR opened OWP to applicants so I applied for it but it was the refused with the reason that I'm out of status. So I applied OWP again with "restore status". Do you thing this is gonna be refused again? Basically, it hasn't been 90 days since my visa was expired thus, I'm eligible to apply for restore status right?

Haven't seen anyone pass 2.00pm EST.

You can request a refund for PNP directly in the portal you made the payment. Check your receipt and ask for the refund.

Is temporary number of any help? I mean are you able to link the application with it?

No, temporary number only assure you that your application is picked by officer. Even, I again called them, officer said your application is picked in starting of September. Yet I have not got AOR. God knows what they are doing. Even CEC applicants got pr within 1-2months. Right now, it’s 5month, still no AOR.
