Just called IRCC and got my temporary application number.

How to call? I tried to call several times but was not able to reach them.
I have to confirm my application status since I did not hear anything even i submitted at 10:25 EST.

You linked the application before AOR. I tried but it isn't letting me. What option did you use ? UCI and family name ?

but why can't they even move past may 6th, like they're not even on applicants who applied on may 14th, may 20th etc. How will they reach for those who applied on july 15 like me

Because a lot of people applied on May 6th. They received more than 40.000 applications on that day, and they are processing in order of application, so first in, first out. I read that they will try to have a representative number number of applications processed by the end of the year for every stream, but still, we have to be patient. I applied on May 7th and I know there were 45.000 applications before mine...

I applied in IG streat 12:22 pm 6th may
I linked to gckey key on 23rd july and got medical update on 30th july,
but it has been almost 2 months i have not received BIL request or any other update, even i called at ircc , agent told me to wait bcoz it depends on officer speed.
Does anyone going to through same situation or anyone have any idea to what to do next .

Hey there,
I had the same problem. I sent a webform and requested to resend the BIL. They sent a message to the responsible office and I received the letter 3 days later. (Yes it was their mistake, the letter was dated for the same day as my AOR).

Applied in TR to PR under IG Stream at 1:22 pm. Trying linking the application but what I see is the message below.
It can take time for applications to be entered into our system. Check again in 24 Hours.
Tried linking again but it does not go through. Any suggestions please reply.

Some after 1.30pm got AOR, but some before 12.30pm still waiting . Appears that depends on the officer + case by case
