I submitted my online application since March 4th, is it normal that I have not received AOR till date? Multiple webforms sent, but only receiving generic response. I'm thinking of submitting a paper application now .

Some application may take a little bit longer than others, it is not recommendable to send double applications, it will confuse IRCC, please wait until you receive your AOR.

Hi, just received test invitation update online on the tracker. My test window is between Sept 17 to Oct 7. However, I'm outside Canada. So would I be able to do the test? Would IRCC also ask for scanned copies of my passport and proof of departure from Canada?

Congratulations, I have added this to the notes section. As soon as you receive your test invite email, reply back to them indicating that your outside of Canada and they will give you instructions to take the test from outside Canada. In regards to your passport copies, wait until the email comes, not all applicants are required to go through this step, if they ask for it, then it is a copy of all passports during your eligibility period and it is all pages of passport, they will validate all stamps in there.

Based in sharing from others, yes your file might be transferred to the province you are moving in, you will need to let IRCC know once you have moved.

No it should not be an issue. Others have gone through this and the process continues without issues. I think it is critical to make sure they have changed the office before the Oath is taken , otherwise sending the Citizenship certificate could become an issue if it is sent to an incorrect address!

Just checked the new tracker and it shows action waiting on me! Status updated to In Progress (Citizenship Test) on 14th Sept and need to take citizenship test between Sept 24 and Oct 24.

I am assuming I will get an instruction email a couple of days before Sept 24.

Hey guys, just want to give an update. I got my test invitation on September 15 and after sending an email back asking permission to do the test outside of Canada, I received approval from them the same day itself with instructions on how to do the test. They didn't even ask for proof of return or scanned passport copies.
