We can already see that few people have received their PPRs

Any ideas on what's the AOR date of those few people? I'm assuming they're FSW-O non-US, any ones with an AOR of July 2020 or later?

Mostly they r frm AOR November 2019 to March 2020

A lot of people are saying it is a system glitch. My question is did anyone actually verified that. In my opinion it means that the application has been touched period

Q4 of 2020 saw a lot of PPRs being issued by Sydney and some for NDVO too. But then with the 2nd covid wave, everything went downhill for Outlanders. Hopefully this time with the borders open, vaccinations high, there are a lot of PPRs to look forward to from Ottawa VO along with the others in Q4.
