Not sure if any requirements but I assume they process the files base on our arrival to canada . My friend who got nominated 8 months later than me but arrived canada one year earlier than me got AOR earlier than me and now his file is 80% completed. So other than having patience we can’t do anything. I think I made like 1” called, 10 webforms . It took a year to get AOR for me.

Everyone I submitted my paper base application to IRCC on the 3th, Dec 2020 and it was received on the 7th Dec, 2020. Up till now I have not received AOR, This is 9months now no AOR. Pls guys what could be wrong? Pls I need advice and help. I submitted my from outside Canada

On an average AoR is now a days taking 11 months and more. So need not worry

I guess the progress means nothing , it’s just the standard processing time divided into percentage. Many have 100 percent for months and most get pr by 50 to 60 percent these days.
